The Parts of a Blog
- Title - what is it about?
- Introduction - captures attention and tells the reader what to expect (usually 50-100 words)
- Main body - lay out points, share ideas, provide steps of action (subheading sections should be every 300 words or so)
- Conclusion - how to move forward; motivates the reader to take action and put the knowledge they gained to good use (about 50 words). Think about the 3 E’s when you write the conclusion: Empower, Enforce, Encourage.
